Q. Do you sell packing materials?
A. We don’t hold new packing materials on hand, however we are able to source and deliver locally.
Often we have second hand boxes available at a discounted price.
 

Q. How much does your truck hold?
A. We have 2 trucks that hold 40 cubic meters
 

Q. It is meant to rain on our move date, what do we do?
A. When heavy rain is predicted for your move date and rescheduling is not an options we will require you to sign a wet weather waiver, this means that we are not liable for any water damage however we will always do our very best to keep your items as dry as possible.
 

Q. Are there any items that cannot be moved by the Removalist?
A. We do not accept the following: Gas bottles, Fuel containers/drums; or any goods which may become of a dangerous, corrosive, combustible, and explosive.
 

Q. What happens if the Removalist is running Late?
A. Although we try our best to arrive at the agreed time on the agreed date, uncontrollable events such as road works and Vehicle breakdowns may affect this commitment. A staff member will always call you in these circumstances.
